🐭 Mini-Mousses Camps (Kindergarten, ages 4-5) — A gentle, fun first camp experience filled with crafts, games, sports, and water play in a safe, caring environment.

🎨 Themed Camps (ages 6-8) — A brand new adventure every week! Sports, outings, swimming and creative activities, all centered around an exciting weekly theme.

🏆 Themed Camps (ages 9-12) — Enriching, age-appropriate experiences for older kids: challenges, special activities, and great memories with friends.

🤝 Camps offered by partner organizations — A wide range of specialized summer camps offered by various Sainte-Julie organizations to suit every interest.

Centre Saulestice is a perinatal care and wellness centre located in Montreal, dedicated to supporting families from conception planning through early childhood—and beyond.

Our mission is to provide care that complements traditional medical follow-up through a holistic, compassionate, and interdisciplinary approach. We act as a bridge between families and the healthcare system by offering more time, attentive listening, and continuity of care.

We respond to a real need: many families lack adequate postnatal follow-up, breastfeeding support, emotional care, or quick access to treatment for minor health concerns.

At Centre Saulestice, families can access:

• Pediatric nursing care (weight monitoring, post-hospital follow-up, child development 0–5 years)
• General nursing services (adult blood tests, treatment for minor pediatric emergencies in collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner)
• Lactation consultations (certified IBCLC)
• Birth support and postnatal care (doula services)
• Support for birth trauma or perinatal loss
• Perinatal and pediatric nutrition
• Naturopathy
• Massage therapy, osteopathy, and specialized pre- and postnatal sports therapy

• Breast pump rental and optimization
• Educational workshops (infant & child CPR, baby massage, parent-baby groups, babywearing, etc.)

Our approach aims to prevent physical and psychosocial complications, support perinatal mental health, and reduce unnecessary emergency room visits for situations that can be managed in an outpatient setting.

Our children's playgrounds include a dedicated area for toddlers aged 0 to 3, combining fun, education and safety for interactive learning. For children aged 4 to 8, another area offers more complex play modules to stimulate their imagination and energy.
