Centre Saulestice is a perinatal care and wellness centre located in Montreal, dedicated to supporting families from conception planning through early childhood—and beyond.

Our mission is to provide care that complements traditional medical follow-up through a holistic, compassionate, and interdisciplinary approach. We act as a bridge between families and the healthcare system by offering more time, attentive listening, and continuity of care.

We respond to a real need: many families lack adequate postnatal follow-up, breastfeeding support, emotional care, or quick access to treatment for minor health concerns.

At Centre Saulestice, families can access:

• Pediatric nursing care (weight monitoring, post-hospital follow-up, child development 0–5 years)
• General nursing services (adult blood tests, treatment for minor pediatric emergencies in collaboration with a Nurse Practitioner)
• Lactation consultations (certified IBCLC)
• Birth support and postnatal care (doula services)
• Support for birth trauma or perinatal loss
• Perinatal and pediatric nutrition
• Naturopathy
• Massage therapy, osteopathy, and specialized pre- and postnatal sports therapy
• Psychomotor therapy
• Breast pump rental and optimization
• Educational workshops (infant & child CPR, baby massage, parent-baby groups, babywearing, etc.)

Our approach aims to prevent physical and psychosocial complications, support perinatal mental health, and reduce unnecessary emergency room visits for situations that can be managed in an outpatient setting.

Imagine: a Pauze Cafe for a moment of relaxation with or without your mini-adventurers, play areas for collecting memorable souvenirs and a studio that offers yoga and fitness classes and transforms into a room for your parties and events.

We're two local moms who wanted to offer a multifunctional space for adults and kids. Emily, yoga teacher, trainer and customer service enthusiast, and Kelly-Ann, trainer, event planner and entrepreneur.

Whether you're a mom on the go, a dad looking for a break or a member of our neighborhood, our Pauze Cafe is the perfect place to recharge your batteries. Enjoy a moment of tranquility with our variety of carefully selected healthy and gourmet choices. We also offer workshops throughout the year, for you and the little ones.

Your active space to achieve your goals
Our semi-private classes taught by dedicated coaches and trainers are designed for every need, from relaxation to fitness. Activities for your young ones are also available. Join us in our studio for parents, children and anyone else who wants to train with us.

Play areas for children
Our children's playgrounds include a dedicated area for toddlers aged 0 to 3, combining fun, education and safety for interactive learning. For children aged 4 to 8, another area offers more complex play modules to stimulate their imagination and energy.

As a children's playground on Montreal's West Island, we offer a place where learning and fun meet.

Amusement Badaboom offers a vibrant and interactive playroom where children can play, explore, imagine, and make new friends. Our space is filled with engaging toys — from pretend play stations like a kitchen, grocery store, and vet clinic, to soft play areas featuring a ball pit, foam shapes, and a cozy infant zone.

Parents and children can relax at our seating area, enjoy snacks and drinks, and soak in the fun atmosphere. Looking to celebrate a special occasion? Our playroom is available for party and event rentals on weekends.

Plus, we bring the fun to you with animation services including mascots, themed parties, and more — perfect for unforgettable celebrations!
